  13. I have been following this subject throughout the month, but
  14. not with 100% accuracy. My comments are offered regarding
  15. the recent comment on MeSH scopenotes and authorative/reputable
  16. sources. If this information has already been provided by a
  17. list member please ignore my comments.

  19. According to the Medical Subject Headings-Annotated Alphabetic
  20. List 1993 the staff of the Medical Subject Headings Section uses
  21. a list of sources for "creation and maintenance of MeSH." This
  22. Bibliography may be found on pp. I-177-182 of the 1993 edition.
  23. Texts are divided by Tree category. Incidentally Dorlands and
  24. Stedmans are listed in the General section. The Bibliography
  25. "does not represent the entire breadth of texts that are used
  26. in the production of MeSH."

  28. I've often found this bibliography most useful.
