  14. Libraries.  Responsibilities:  Under the direction of the Dean of
  15. Libraries, responsible for operation of the Gunnin Architectural
  16. Library supporting the College of Architecture with programs in
  17. architecture, construction science and management, city and regional
  18. planning, design, landscape architecture, and visual arts.  Provides
  19. reference and online services, faculty liaison, bibliographic
  20. instruction, and collection development; manages branch circulation,
  21. copier services and facilities.  Staff of 2 professionals, 5 FTE
  22. classified staff and 15 students.  Branch collection includes 28,000
  23. volumes, plus media and slide collection.  Required:  ALA accredited
  24. MLS, 1 year professional library experience; preferred:  2 years
  25. professional library experience, experience with online searching and
  26. reference services, management experience, knowledge of visual
  27. arts/architecture, good writing and teaching skills.  Minimum salary
  28. $30.000; 12 month faculty appointment; state, TIAA/CREF or VALIC
  29. retirement; medical and dental insurance options; 18 days vacation.
