  19. on the morrow though.  I believe that they are static column zips,
  20. but I will check to be sure.

  30. I had 4 MB of fast and 2 MB of chip (err the 2 mb is the "video").
  31. There were 8 chips total, and I am adding 8 chips.

  38. I am not sure if this is what you want but :
  39. A3000UX 100 MB hard drive, 25 MHz, 4 MB fast, 2 MB chip.
  40. Just had the ROM upgraded to 2.04 (got the last ROM tower in the US!)
  41. Will post the chip numbers off of the new 4 MB tomorrow ( or later
  42. tonight if I get ambitious enough to remove the new RAM so that
  43. my machine will boot ).  I do remember that the new chips are
  44. Toshiba 70 ns and the original chips are NEC 80 ns...

  59. One more data point, I am able to get the new chips to work alone as
  60. the only 4 MB so I am certain that they are not bad.  I have also tried
  61. one of the new chips with 7 of the old (with the new chip in the first
  62. position) and the machine booted with every one of the new chips replacing
  63. the first chip. So I am not sure how they could be incompatible.
