  14. Be sure to write to the company whose game disk died on you.  They
  15. may be willing to replace the defective disk.  Or, it could be that your
  16. drive on the 500 is a touch out of alignment as far as the commercial
  17. disk is concerned.  I think most companies will want to keep you as
  18. a satisfied customer.
