- A1200 IN U.S.
- (maybe old news)
-
- I've seen the A1200 at my not so local Amiga dealer (CPU in Indianapolis,
- IN). It had a hard drive inside, pretty nice system, check it out.
-
- Lotus III - doesn't work on A1200, well not that I really tried (BOOT MENU,
- etc..). Speed Ball 2 - dies, Lotus II - dies,...more later.
-
- A4000/A1200 owners:
-
- (NOTE: all options are in the BOOT MENU - ala hold down both mouse
- buttons after ctrl-Lamiga-Ramiga keys, not sure if A1200 has CPU
- cache, though.)
-
- PinBall Dreams works fine on the A4000, should work on A1200,
- (ECS mode, works best).
- PinBall Fantasies - should work (comes federal express monday).
- Beast III demo works on A4000 (use PAL, ECS, No CPU Cache).
- AMAX II 2.5x (use ECS, Productivity)
- Budokan (use ECS, no cpu cache)
- XCOPY (use ECS, no cpu cache)
- Road Raider (PAL, ECS, no cpu cache)
- Tom Landry FootBall (no option needed, can't really recall)
- TV Sports BasketBall, (use ECS)
- SpaceWar (use ECS, no cpu cache)
-
- Not sure if this helps anyone out there, but it sure helped me, if software
- doesn't automatically work on A4000 or A1200 just use PAL or NTSC (depending
- what country your from), turn on/off CPU Cache, use ECS. This WILL not work
- on certain packages, mostly GAMES! Street Fighter II says it will work on a
- A3000, but it doesn't, it bombs out like A4000 does when it boots it.
