  13. Sorry if my previous message about the federal locator report was a bit
  14. cryptic.  The report I was referring to was Identifying
  15. and Describing Federal Information Inventory Systems: Design for Networked
  16. Based Locators.  It will be available, at some point, from the National
  17. Audiovisual Center, (800) 788-6282.  It is the result of work done by
  18. Charles McClure, Joe Ryan, and William Moen for OMB-OIRA, NARA, and GSA to
  19. "identify existing and planned federal locators, identify success factors
  20. in the design, development and maintenance of a federal agency locator, and
  21. identify and discuss key issues and policy recommendations related to the
  22. design and development of a government-wide locator system."  (Quoted
