  18. For whatever reason, software in Australia is very expensive.

  20. I am looking at _SPSS for Windows_ (base package), for which the
  21. normal price quoted is  AUS $1495
  22.  
  23. The Aus dollar is only worth US 69 cents, which makes the above approximately
  24.         US $1000
  25.  
  26. Does anyone know how this compares with US prices?
