- I've received the following message while attempting to run dbx to

- Product OSF-DEV (OSF Developer's Kit): No license found.

- According to the August CSLG list DCE Application Develop Kit DEC
- OSF/1 is in the CSLG and is not LMF compliant. Is DCE Application
- Develop Kit DEC OSF/1 and OSF Developer's Kit the same thing, and
- if so how do I get the PAK?
