  12. I've received the following message while attempting to run dbx to
  13. debug a program being ported to OSF/1:

  15.   Valid license for the following required when not using dbx on kernel.
  16.   Product OSF-DEV (OSF Developer's Kit): No license found.
  17.  
  18. According to the August CSLG list DCE Application Develop Kit DEC
  19. OSF/1 is in the CSLG and is not LMF compliant.  Is DCE Application
  20. Develop Kit DEC OSF/1 and OSF Developer's Kit the same thing, and
  21. if so how do I get the PAK?
