- Stop me if this has already been discussed, I havent been on the list in
- awhile...
-
- I was just reading the December issue of American Libraries in which they
- discuss whether or not Libraries are buying Sex, Madonna's new book.
- My question is, amoung those of you whose libraries HAVE purchased the
- book, what's the circulation policy on it? How do you protect a spiral-
- bound book full of naked Madonnas? I was talking to one of the librarians
- here in town at one of the public libraries and she said they had declined
- to purchase it because of the binding. (I'm not sure I completely accept
- that explanation, but its an interesting gambit.)
-
- Again, stop me if youve discussed this before, but things seem pretty slow on
- the list just now anyway.
