  13. Composting Toilets/Grey Water Systems?

  15. We have recently purchased a house in rural British Columbia which,
  16. although mostly complete, still needs a sewage system or something
  17. comparable.  I would like to install a composting toilet/grey water
  18. system if at all possible rather than a standard septic system.
  19.  
  20. I am looking for sources of information about composting toilets
  21. and grey water systems - both technical/cost information as well
  22. as advice or personal experiences with health departments in terms
  23. of replacing a standard septic system with this type of set up.
  24. We have a holdback on the mortgage which requires us to install a
  25. septic system so any specific information about composting toilet/
  26. grey water systems that have successfully met all local building
  27. code/health dept. requirements would be particularly helpful.

  29. I am particularly looking for sources of electronic, snail mail,
  30. or telephone information since I am far from any decent library or
  31. even bookstore...
