  11.    Is there a document available that specifies the parameters and return
  12. values for the functions in VNSAPI.DLL? We are developing an MS Windows
  13. database application in Gupta's SQLWindows and we would like to integrate
  14. it with Vines. Specifically, I am looking for the definition of
  15. VNSVERIFYPASSWORD. Together with VNSGETUSERNAME (which we have working)
  16. we are planning to use the user's current Vines login name and a re-
  17. authenticated password to provide database security. Right now we
  18. maintain a completely separate user id and password in the database,
  19. which is terribly ugly (not to mention insecure) in comparison to Vines
  20. security. ANSI C-style function prototypes would be very helpful. Thanks.
