  13. Greetings from the very inactive APPC-L list! This list has had only one
  14. substantive post in the last six months, and yet it has 121 subscribers
  15. in seventeen different countries... and there is a steady stream of new
  16. subscribers. Clearly people are hoping for some value from this list, but
  17. not much is being presented. It seems rather pointless to maintain an
  18. inactive mailing list, but we will if the subscribers want it kept
  19. around for future discussions.

  21. I put it to you: Should this list continue to exist, or should we close
  22. it down? If you feel the list should continue, is there anything we can
  23. do make it more helpful (such as providing an ftp repository of APPC
  24. programs and examples such as those offered recently by Tim Eisler)?
