  23.     Sorry, Tim, I have to disagree with you here.  Not everyone who wants
  24. to go downtown lives south of the city center.  Furthermore, not everyone will
  25. want to go downtown - some people will want to go to work.  This means rail
  26. will be needed north of downtown, as well as south.  When the Tasman/Hostetter
  27. line goes in, my roommate will have door-to-door service from home to his
  28. Golden Triangle workiplace - a trip that currently requires a bus transfer.
  29. This will be true for a lot of people in the Berryessa area.
