  34. I think you should check your facts first. There is no way to charge cellular
  35. phone calls to anyone but the cellular phone number so unless you or anyone
  36. else is using a cellular phone on your end, you can never be charged.  And I
  37. did join FidoNet in Net 119 a few years back.... But you have to give people
  38. another chance atleast....
