- Thanks, Steve... the CW I am hearing on 740 AM appear to be about 25 to
- 30 WPM... I am an operator also and can send at about 40 WPM easily,
- but my receive sucks...you really have to keep it up !.. Also, the
- CW is very clean.. probably using an automated system or keyboard.

- I guess there is more there than I thought.. I would like to check all
- their antennas and such out, but its private property and I doubt they
- would give tours.

- I would also have thought that the property was more valuable..but there
- would be severe environmental restrictions because of it being in the
- middle of wetlands..I dont know. The complex is complaining that the
- city's duck pond floods the area or something when the water level is
- raised in the pond.. I thought they had drained it because of the
- mosquito problem..
