  15. Please mark your calendars for February 11, 1993. We will have an
  16. EFF-Austin meeting that day from 1:30PM til 3:00PM at the Southwest
  17. Regional Government Technology Conference, at the new Austin Conference
  18. Center downtown. Those who attend will have free access to dealer
  19. exhibits (GTC has one of the best dealer shows in Austin). Tracy
  20. LaQuey Parker, author of _The Internet Companion_, will speak.

  22. I'll have more info later: at some point I will have to request a
  23. list of those who will attend. We have to know in advance because
  24. badges are required. Be thinking about it, but don't RSVP until
  25. I request it sometime in January. (If you don't pre-register, you
  26. can still get in, but might have to stand in line for the badge).

  28. What I DO need to know is whether any of you is interested in
  29. full conference participation (seminars as well as exhibits).
  30. The cost for this is $250 for an industry registrant, $175 for
  31. a government registrant. I might be able to get the latter price
  32. for us, since we're nonprofit and non-industry. Team membership
  33. of 10 or more would give us a discount ($25 off per member).
