  21. I think we have found the cause - I must confess I felt a bit of a fraud
  22. posting my complaint yesterday because as I was doing so I noticed how
  23. much better the net performance was.  I cannot say exactly when I first 
  24. noticed these problems, but around 13th December seems right from memory.
