- Hi all,
-
- Do any of you have experience getting V.32 and V.32bis modems
- running on SCO Unix?
-
- I have had some luck with Dataplex [45]96 modems operating at
- V.32bis with various combinations of error detection, data compression
- and flow control but little luck with Dataplex 225 and Scitec (?) modems.
-
- Presently I'm undecided whether the problems are with SCO Unix's
- new (3.2 version 4) serial device driver (which claims to support
- bidirectional h/w flow control via CRTSFL) or with the modems ...
-
- Any ideas? Even just information about other setups that work
- (or don't work!) would be handy.
-
- Thanks,
-
- Giles
