- often feel like curiosity is an unworthy motive.

- I believe you about how being "cured" would kill part of you. It seems
- analogous many things, e.g. nonstandard sexual preferences. An
- unfortunately large segment of society seems to think these things
- should be "cured" for the good of the person, even though these things
- are part of what make the person the person that they are.

- I do think there is an element of "grass is greener" though. A lot
- of what crossdressers enjoy are things that are plain annoyances
- to many lifelong women. High heels and hose spring to mind. I know
- I found it fun dancing at ArmadilloCon in heels and hose, whereas
- women doing the same were complaining about sore feet etc. Perhaps
- for people who are used to it, familiarity breeds contempt.
