  26. Not in pre-school, or early elementary school.   Even some of the people 
  27. posting in favor of COTR say that first graders aren't able to understand 
  28. sexuality.   I think it should be left to high school, if it is going to 
  29. be done.  In your example, who is going to teach the class to the preschoolers?
