- So, to follow this, an executive order could allow homosexuals in to the
- military, but homosexual behavior (sodomy, oral copulation) will still get
- them brought up on charges.

- Question, where is the line draw on these charges betwen base activity and
- off-base activity? That is if sodomy or oral copulation take place off-base,
- does the military have jurisdiction.
