  20.     I can't speak for Susan, but your example definitely falls in the 
  21. category of free speech. As a system administrator I might also be tempted 
  22. to say that it also falls in the category of good citizenship. If I have 
  23. any people at my site who're posting forged news articles then I want to 
  24. know about it whether they're doing it as a joke or not. There's this 
  25. little issue called "network security" which some of us take pretty 
  26. seriously... remember, Robert Morris's internet worm started as a 
  27. "harmless joke".
