- I can't speak for Susan, but your example definitely falls in the
- category of free speech. As a system administrator I might also be tempted
- to say that it also falls in the category of good citizenship. If I have
- any people at my site who're posting forged news articles then I want to
- know about it whether they're doing it as a joke or not. There's this
- little issue called "network security" which some of us take pretty
- seriously... remember, Robert Morris's internet worm started as a
- "harmless joke".
