  30. The reported increase in attacks on homosexuals is being used to support 
  31. the 'hate state' notion against Colorado, and the boycott of the state. 
  32. The "something on the order of" is my words, since I don't recall the 
  33. *exact* percentage that was given, and didn't want to misrepresent the 
  34. figures.  So from what you are saying, can we assume that you are against 
  35. those figures being used to say that #2 has had a tangeable effect on 
  36. the safety of gays in Colorado?  Why/why not?
