- I don't "make" anything based on vague reports with no source, especially
- when they contain phrases like "something on the order of".

- However, we are being asked to accept unreported incidents as part of
- the basis for excluding Gays from professions. Excluding a group from
- certain professions is a bit different to "what do you make of these
- reports?"
