  36. I don't "make" anything based on vague reports with no source, especially
  37. when they contain phrases like "something on the order of".

  39. However, we are being asked to accept unreported incidents as part of
  40. the basis for excluding Gays from professions.     Excluding a group from 
  41. certain professions is a bit different to "what do you make of these 
  42. reports?"
