  28. Well, your dogmatism denies rights and institutionalizes a second-class
  29. status for a large segment of society.  Whereas our "dogmatism" treats
  30. people as equals with equal rights.  I'll take the latter.  No, we'll be
  31. disappointed in Bill if he doesn't carry through on this one.  I think he
  32. will do it.
