- For some reason lately people where I work overnights have taken to the
- assumption that, since I am working overnight, I have nothing to do.
- In two recent cases, I have been told that I "might as well" do X
- because, "it's not like you have anything else to do" or, more
- aggravating, "at least this will fill some of your time".
