- I've heard that this paralysis is merely the astral body in close proximity
- to the physical body. The closer one's astral body is to the physical
- body, the harder it is to move. Something to do with getting in and out
- of the body that the astral body is confined to "hold the shape" of the
- physical body. As you drift or move away from your physical body, you
- become more free to move.
