  13. I don't know if many of this groups readers subscribe to esoteric 
  14. things like news.lists, but I found the following statistic interesting. 
  15. If nothing else, it would seem to describe priorities, and perhaps a 
  16. greater need to educate the public regarding the problems of missing 
  17. children.  
  18.     
  19.     Marv, perhaps you could come up with something like 
  20.     this from the fido side of things in light of your 
  21.     recent survey.  It would be interesting to see just 
  22.     how many readers are on line regarding this topic.

  24. On a more positive note, I would like to congratulate the estimated 
  25. 10,000 or so readers of alt.missing-kids for taking the time to stay 
  26. informed about this issue.  
  27.  
  28. Finally, I'd like to wish everyone a Happy New Year, full of prosperity
  29. and answered prayers.  From a parent whose child was missing for three 
  30. years, but has now been returned, I can honestly say prayers are 
  31. answered, and life does slowly return to normal.
