  14. I hope I'm posting in the right newsgroup.  If not, maybe some of
  15. you can recommend another newsgroup that might be of help.

  17. Over the holidays, my brother and I had a discussion about his
  18. 20 year old son, who recently was "released" from the Navy after
  19. having some problems.  After my brother attempted to get his son's
  20. life back on track, he disappeared without a trace.
  21.  
  22. Since Indiana law, according to my brother, says that a child is
  23. not emancipated until the age of 21, he has thought of putting a
  24. missing report in with the police.

  26. I promised him I would try to use the resources of Internet in
  27. helping him to located his son, if possible.  If any of you in
  28. the below listed areas have any information, please email me at

  31.    Joseph Graphman is 20 years of age, approximately 5'9",
  32.    150-170 pounds, short brown hair.  He is rumored to be
  33.    in the following areas of the country:
