  13.      The purpose of the MISSING CHILDREN conference
  14.      (area tag: MISSING_CHILD) is to provide topics
  15.      which affect our lives most directly, Missing
  16.      and or Abducted Children.

  18. Handle and/or Aliases:
  19. ======================
  20. Due to the sensitive subject matter of this echo Handles and/or Aliases
  21.  are NOT allowed.
  22.   SysOps who allow Handles/Aliases on their systems will ensure that
  23. their users proper names are used in this echo.
  24.  
  25. Internet/USENET users will ensure that their name is in the message.
  26. This includes those posting from systems which compresses their names
  27. into 6 or 8 characters.  These people will enter their names in the
  28. message.

  30. Sticking to the topic:

  32. In general, a message will not be considered "off-topic" unless
  33. it contains one or more of the following:

  35.   1) Advertisements for services, items for sale or trade, BBS
  36.      systems or organizations.

  51. called upon to take action very often, and takes such action only
  52. under the most compelling of circumstances.
