- Carol Anne is correct here, she is suggesting a way to deal
- with the needs that must be completed in order to assure success
- for someone wishing to change their interaction with food and
- the way this can improve their health and appearance. I applaud
- her, and offer this as a useful model of one of the best patterns
- for helping people who wish to modify their weight permanently
- and enjor the change.
-
- I pointed out the problem and Carol Anne is offering a solution
- that works. This is the method that I have also used successfully.
- But, she has stated it more completely and explictly than I have
- ever done in so few words.
-
- Thanks,
- Herb Martin
