  22. The only possible slight hitch is getting enough people up to speed on
  23. SGML (the markup language at the roots of WWW) to make it possible to 
  24. have wide spread development.  Other than that it's a real winner.

  27. once the news.announce.newgroups moderator is back from vacation,
  28. and we'll see if we can spin off a whole newsgroup for it.
