  18.  While flipping through the new JC Whitney catalog this afternoon, I
  19. found something interesting:  Nomex sleeves and gloves for working on
  20. hot engines.  Sleeves are $17, gloves $36.   They also have economy
  21. Kevlar sleeves for $9, which might be handy if you're working on
  22. something with lots of sharp edges.
