- My intentions were far from a threat, but merely humble advice. I have gotten
- close to fighting (getting myself maimed really badly) on a number of occasions
- because of that lame "cheap" mentality that exists with a lot of people. To
- top it off, those instances weren't even about ticking! (Stupid things like
- Fireball - Dragon Punch.) Isn't LA a wonderful place?

-
- I don't think many people condone it but it still exits, and I just happen to
- live with it. For this simple reason, I don't tick unless it's OK with the
- other person (I ask); I don't talk shit, bitch, whine, etc.
-
- In short, don't tick on a stranger and think before you say something.
-
- >It doesn't make them a stud, and it doesn't make it right. People with that
- >limited mentality will never amount to anything more than a loser.
-
- But do they care what you think? Not really. Unfortunately, you still have to
- deal with them. At least, I have to. :)
-
- What do I think about what's cheap and what isn't? As far as I'm concerned,
- nothing is "cheap," on SF2:CE and SF2:HF. SF2 (classic) is a little different
- with Guile's Super Throws and Handcuffs, but what does it really matter? Not
- really -- nobody is forcing you to "waste" that quarter. :)
