- Definitely. This is the only playable "turbo" version I've tried.
- The game is very balanced (so far, at least) and some of the "B-league"
- characters have been improved to make them more worthwhile. By the way,
- the title screen and the new marquees (wow!) say "Hyper Fighter" underneath
- the standard _Street Fighter II'_ logo.

- Also, his hit priority has been reduced a little bit, so the Blanka-haters
- can stop complaining. He can't forward kick through Sagat's uppercut
- any more, and Chun Li and Dhalsim actually have a chance against him
- now. (That, or I was having a bad day! :-)) I was a bit disappointed that
- his new move works best for defense (has to be charged, flash kick motion),
- since he really doesn't need any other defense moves. His standing fierce
- and his ball do the job fine, thanks. I was hoping for an offensive attack
- like Sagat's tiger knee or something.

- I had a great time playing Dhalsim on this machine. He isn't quite so
- helpless against Ken/Ryu masters any more (or maybe I was having a _good_
- day! :-)) He might be making a comeback in the Characters-Most-Scary-To-
- See-Your-Opponent-Choose competition. His roundhouse slide doesn't have
- that painfully long delay any more, so it's a little more useful. Also,
- I noticed that if you roundhouse kick soon enough, you can kick a fireballing
- Ryu/Ken in the face and still block the fireball. I don't recall being able
- to do that on earlier versions, but I could be wrong. (And I'm sure I'll
- be loudly corrected if I am! :-))

- I wasn't terribly impressed by this move. It looks like another Barcelona
- Swandive to me (looks neat, easily countered). Hopefully, I'm wrong--Honda
- was one of my favorites on the original SF2.
