- Hi Dave, this is Cheryl. I first fell in love with Tom Robbins
- because of Even Cowgirls Get the Blues, and the second book I read was
- Another Roadside Attraction. I loved both of them immediately. Each
- book has its own little gems, and perhaps one's philosophical bent might
- predispose a person to prefer one book over another. For instance, the
- nature of Time is a recurrent theme in Cowgirls, and I've always been
- interested in that. If you appreciate Robbins, I would encourage you to
- give Cowgirls and Roadside another look. I'm finding the beginning of
- Jitterbug Perfume to be somewhat less engrossing than past Robbins
- offerings, but I suspect it's just me and the place I'm at rather than
- Jitterbug Perfume itself.
- BTW, I live in Seattle. We have enough room for you, come on over!
- :)
