- You must be talking about the Fourth symphony. Actually, it was composed
- between 1931 and 1934, and premiered in 1935 with Boult conducting. I
- didn't know there was a 1937 recording with RVW conducting. Interesting.
- And I think the exact RVW quote is: "I don't know if I like it, but it's
- what I meant." Very cool piece. I never made the connection with DSCH,
- but I think you made a good point there.
