- Disability Research and, of course, the misc.handicap newsgroup which
- contains a lot of information from FidoNET users.

- is because not all Usenet/Internet sites get the alt groups.

- Some of the challenged people I know have taken distance education
- courses via computer; several professors I am acquainted with teach
- these courses - computer mediated communication/education dissolves
- the barriers you talk about with respect to student/professor
- interaction in the classroom. CMC also makes handicaps invisible :-)
