  18.     It will be very tough to get through the rec.games.frp.* cabal.  The 
  19. mailing list has only been pulling 30+ messages a day for about a month and 
  20. that will drop off during the holiday break.
  21.     An Alt group that is pulling 30+ messages a day would swing more weight.
  22. The only real advantage of being under rec.games.frp.* is wider 
  23. distribution.   Rec is carried in more sites than alt groups.
  24.     Alt.torg has been going along very happily.  I haven't heard any noise 
  25. about moving over to Rec.games.frp.*, but then I don't read alt.torg :-)
