- Try cleaning the heads. I had this problem for awhile. The other posiibility
- is a dirty CD. I use an audio cd cleaning kit for both the disks and the
- cd reader head (Amdek Laserdriver-1).

- Another trick is to use an audio cd opaque edging. This is an opaque ink
- that you write around the edge of the CD. The speed of my CD seemed to
- improve after this last step. The only thing I can figure is that I got
- fewer read errors with the edge opaqued.
