  13. Try cleaning the heads. I had this problem for awhile. The other posiibility
  14. is a dirty CD. I use an audio cd cleaning kit for both the disks and the
  15. cd reader head (Amdek Laserdriver-1).

  17. Another trick is to use an audio cd opaque edging. This is an opaque ink
  18. that you write around the edge of the CD. The speed of my CD seemed to
  19. improve after this last step. The only thing I can figure is that I got
  20. fewer read errors with the edge opaqued.
