  14.      I have installed a Mitsumi 680msec player over the holidays and am 
  15. having a problem with the Software Toolworks (aka Grolliers) Multimedia
  16. Encylopedia for DOS, 1992 edition.  All text retrievals are fine as are
  17. pictures and sounds (through my SoundBlaster) and maps.  I am having
  18. problems with the video clips.  The Picture box is displayed and the
  19. caption is shown at the bottom of the page, but rather than displaying
  20. the animated film clip, I get a screen of garbage and the computer 
  21. freezes, requireiring a cold reboot.
  22.      The installation instructions imply the existence of a separate 
  23. video motion driver, different from the sound driver and any other
  24. drivers, but I do not find this file on the Cd-ROM.
  25.      I may have to call Software Toolworks or Grolliers to resolve the
  26. problem, but I thought that I'd ask here first.  Thanks for any asistance.
