- I have installed a Mitsumi 680msec player over the holidays and am
- having a problem with the Software Toolworks (aka Grolliers) Multimedia
- Encylopedia for DOS, 1992 edition. All text retrievals are fine as are
- pictures and sounds (through my SoundBlaster) and maps. I am having
- problems with the video clips. The Picture box is displayed and the
- caption is shown at the bottom of the page, but rather than displaying
- the animated film clip, I get a screen of garbage and the computer
- freezes, requireiring a cold reboot.
- The installation instructions imply the existence of a separate
- video motion driver, different from the sound driver and any other
- drivers, but I do not find this file on the Cd-ROM.
- I may have to call Software Toolworks or Grolliers to resolve the
- problem, but I thought that I'd ask here first. Thanks for any asistance.
