  13. In talking about anti-discrimination ordinances which
  14. cover sexual orientation, someone mentioned that
  15. Cincinnati recently passed an ordinance.  When I saw
  16. an article on it (excerpt below), it wasn't the sexual
  17. orientation part that intrigued me, but the Appalachian
  18. origin.  Does anyone else know of local ordinances
  19. tailored like this to local problems of discrimination?
