- Gypsy heads over to Mike and whispers in his ear. He hands her a
- colorful shopping bag and she disappears into the folx room. She
- emerges shortly dressed in leathers and looking about 20 years younger.
- The ends of multihued scarves trail from the shopping bag which she
- hands to Mike to keep behind the counter while she tries out the Run.

- A beefed up courier hog with the Kanji for MegaChukan on the body
- appears just inside the DR equiped with a paintball crossbow. The
- saddle bags are bulging and it looks like a prime target for 'jacking.
-
- Tinker is a courier for MegaChukan, valued for her skill at getting
- the most precious items through to their intended destinations.
-
- Tinker muses, this run is even crazier than most. The contents
- of the bag are too bulky for the hog and even worse the handoff
- is supposed to be down at the waterfront plaza. The 'zecks won't
- let her wear heavy armor or carry heavy artillery. Maybe she has
- angered someone high up. She has a bad feeling about this.
-
- She revvs the engine and starts off through the Cascades where the
- MegaChukan Center perches high above the sprawl of the City
- which threatens to engulf even the Enclaves of the rich company
- 'zecks.
-
- The first part of the journey is fairly enjoyable. She watches out
- for 'jackers but few of the street types would dare to been seen
- this high up and she is really worried about other Company ops.
-
- The real challenge will come when she leaves the road with Enclaves
- on either side and has to run the gaunlet of the Sprawl.
