  12. One of my friend got a parking ticket while she was visiting SF Bay area  
  13. (Palo Alto) sometime ago.

  15. Hurried to leave, she did not pay the ticket before leaving. When got back, 
  16. she could not find the ticket.

  19. I believe she can trace the car plate by calling the car rental.)
