  25. Fascinating.  I am quite curious, though, as to exactly where in Canon
  26. Law this may be found.  Is it found in Gratian's Decretum or does it
  27. appear even earlier than that? And if so, in what major collection? I
  28. don't remember seeing this, but I would be happy to be instructed if I
  29. have missed it.
