  19. I know why: MONEY. The cult "Focus on the Family" moved from
  20. Pasadena California to Colorado Springs Colorado because one
  21. of their cult members died and left valuable property to the
  22. cult. "Focus on the Wallet" (er, ah, I mean "Family") was in
  23. a hot spot with California taxes--- they were selling books
  24. and tapes and taking in millions of dollars a month from
  25. ignorant fools (who got no goods or services in exchange)
  26. without paying taxes. California noted that the cult was a
  27. business, and should pay taxes on their income. Why they are
  28. protected in Colorado is beyond me.
