- If atheist's children are told about Santa Claus when they are *young*
- and then realize it's just a children's fantasy, maybe they will realize
- that there is no *reason* to believe in God. This way, they will "figure
- this out" by themselves, and not depend on a higher power (ie: parents)
- to tell them about Santa Claus. At a later point in life, they will
- realize that THEY are the ones who should make a decision about God,
- *not* their peers, relatives, TVevangelists, etc..
