- Not necessarily. If a human's IQ is defined by comparison to the
- intellectual performance of an average human, then a dog's IQ should be
- defined by comparison to the average dog, no? Since the average German
- shepherd is an above average dog (an uberhund, perhaps?), it then
- follows that the average German shepherd has a higher IQ than the
- average human.
