  30. Not quite.  This was a quite unique circumstance which i explained
  31. rather completely in the deleted text. (I understand that it was deleted
  32. to save space.)  My point was (and is) to examine what is being done
  33. and to decide on that basis the validity of an action.  I would
  34. definitely agree that there are almost no cases in which military
  35. intervention is justified.  I carefully explained why this was an
  36. exception and the limits to which we should support this operation.
