  34. This is exactly the reason. This ignores the fact that lights or
  35. no lights, people are going to become impatient or careless. Its
  36. a fact of physics that if the path of a car and a train never
  37. cross, they can't hit one another. Arguments about personal
  38. responsibility and natural select not withstanding.
